Serra International

Round 1

Serra International needed a new design that would help communicate the mission and purpose of Serra International, as well provide clear and accessible navigation in multiple languages to all users. The design team produced five initial concepts that were presented to the client.

A Time To Heal

Randy Creamer approached Beracha and tasked us with the creation of a Blog after having major open heart surgery. He wrote an article that sums up his new found perspective very well, “Get busy living or get busy dying”. Randy makes the point to not take life for granted and to treat each day as an opportunity to live life to the fullest. It was this mission and purpose that Randy brought to the team and the reason that Beracha wanted to help him tell his story. Randy was looking for a blog site that had a modern feel but was simple and easy to use.

SwimMAC

Beracha was approached to design a new site for SwimMAC, an organization dedicated to training all levels of swimmers—from toddlers to Olympians. SwimMAC’s clients include Olympians Ryan Ryan Lochte, Tyler Clary, Cammile Adams, Katie Meili, Micah Lawrence, and Michael Chadwick; and coaches include David Marsh, an Olympic and US National Team Coach. SwimMAC’s needs included the ability for their users to access the site on phones and tablets, as well as navigation that reduced time spent attempting to locate what they need to access.

Serrans accept as their responsibility the promotion of vocations to the priesthood and religious life. They possess a deep appreciation of the ministerial priesthood as being essential to the Church. “Serrans have been generous in offering their support to those who hear the call to serve Christ in the priesthood”. — Pope John Paul II.
